I have looked through a couple of sites as well as checked the download to see if it was included in a help file or anything, but I am not able to find the EULA for this software anywhere. I tried reaching William Davis via email to Maine.edu, but the address doesn't appear to be good any longer based on the bounce back message I received.

Indeed, the software is hosted on that website, but there are phone numbers available as well. You can use them to call the official representatives. Unfortunately, this is the only way of communication for this software.
